I don't think it's too much of a niche product. I think it just got so much exposure through other venues that bringing it here might not have profitable in the long run, or maybe the developer was happy with the distribution avenues they already had.
I don't worry about the acceptance/rejection thing too much. If I truly want something and it's not here, I either get it DRM-free through Humble or rent it.

Yes. Humble is the place where i got it.

As previously mentioned, every rejected game I've gotten through other services had clearly visible issues.

Think I did a bit too much today, need to get a bit of rest in and then go back to work and check on a project some of the other volunteers are doing. I don't have to do any more work myself but I do have to see that everything gets done, and correctly. Overall feeling OK but a bit dizzy but that's my own fault.
And yes, like a dummy I volunteered to do this. :-)
