EndreWhiteMane: That's cool, what search phrase did you use for that?
I just searched for the term "gog pathologic" in Google, and near the result is a small green arrow (in the red circle on the attached image). Click on that and you can sometimes see the archived/cached version. Failing that archive.org also sometimes keeps backup of webpages.

Empress_Owl: ô__ô ... thanks !!! How did you do that ?... **thinking about hiring DD for her brilliant agent skills**

CarrionCrow: Thank you, Owl lady. =)

Just got in from lifting heavy objects into a tractor trailer, now it's deciding whether I want things sooner, or waiting until the sale that I keep thinking will hit in November.

How are you?
Aaaah, decisions... :)
I guess the "fall" sale, whatever its form (insomnia or not) will effectively take place in November... I'm looking forwards to it... :)
I'm fine, thanks !!
Hope your back won't hurt for your heavy stuff lifting occupation... :)

ddickinson: That sounds smart. We should be having a big sale sometime soon, so you can always wait for any game that is not a priority.

I am doing good, thank you. I am due to go on my vacation tomorrow, so just enjoying my last day on here for a while while I wait for my partner to come home and we can get some final things sorted.
Priority is a very flexible term sometimes...

Really, the items that I should grab are the ones at a decent discount now. Odds are, none of those items will be part of any large end of the year sale.
Also figuring there will be a Halloween-themed sale this weekend. Might be able to pick up some list items off of it.
Other than that, everything I have my eye on is at retail price, a small discount, or has a permanent discount I can use whenever.

I hope you and your partner have a really good time, whatever you end up doing. =)

Thanks, I remember the reviews being worse too, odd.

AgentBirdnest: Re! :-)

Just had a song stuck in my head, and thought "this would be a good song of the day." Then realized that I miss Billy and his songs of the day :-(
This one's for Billy, wherever he is. I guess it kinda fits.
(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction
Ho yeah... :-( ... Where is our Billy Mays ?....

Empress_Owl: Oh, I thought you would have played more than one... ! :D
Thanks for sharing your review anyway !! :)
**Big Warhammer Hug**
I know. I have played a few Warhammer games, but just the one here. In fact I only own two of them here, so that makes it 50% of all owned Warhammer games played, which beats my 9% of all my GOG games played in total. :-)

Aaaaw... are you jealous, my Agent ? :))

I think he was going outside this thread a lot and got tired of all the idiots. :-(

Luckily there are not that many new games that are must haves for me, so I am free from all these hard decisions. :-)

Thank you, I am sure it will be a lovely break.

-laughs- Yes, only a couple handfuls of items to choose from. Unless I start adding in things like Rebel Galaxy and Age of Decadence. And Hard West. And I still want to pick up Serpent in the Staglands. And so on, and so forth.

Insomnia would be good, but it feels iffy. Wouldn't mind GOG proving me wrong on that one. But there's no way to tell until it happens.

I saw you're running at about an 8 currently. Glad to hear it. =)

No worries. It wasn't a job thing, just helping a relative of my roommates. They bought a refrigerator so large they can't manage to get it into their own truck, so I did it for them.

Maybe they removed all the bad reviews... :)

I was sure there were more, but maybe I was reading them elsewhere.

And just in case the Google ones goes down, here is the Archive.org version. (They have versions using the old GOG layout as well, although they are a little broken.)

... why do people keep going outside... ?? **sigh** >:-|

Empress_Owl: Ho, nice... thanks... !!!
Are you calling me a giant lizard? :-)

Archive.org is also another nice place that keeps backups, but it is never guaranteed, and often it is only for bigger sites, although GOG seems to be archived quite nicely.
