Blame my parents and several of my uncles and cousins.
I'm also sort of a metalhead. But my 2 favourite bands are Beatles and Queen.

Is the keyboard imprinted on your forehead and your right hand set in a kind of invisible mouse claw-cramp?

You need a computer chair that reclines a bit (and a high enough back to rest your head against), and some over-the-ear headphones to help your head from falling over to one side or the other. Those two things have turned this into the place I likely get the most sleep. ;)

Ugh, I'm trying to post my story in Crew's giveaway but GOG won't let me post more than the first part. :|

-laughs- Not quite. Just some back and shoulder damage, primarily. No need to sleep here to get the claw cramps, all I have to do is play a platformer for a few hours straight and that starts happening.

So... Here is the beast :)

So small! It is a newborn. I imagined it would be a bit older.
Is it a he or a she?

Have been working on that. Problem is, getting a big enough computer chair for my size is really expensive. The serious ones run about 300-500 dollars, ball park.

Maybe try cutting the story into thirds or fourths, post links to the separate sections to chain them together?
You might also be able to post one part, then start a new post quickly so GOG combines the sections.

I was trying to do it in multiple posts, but it's going wrong precisely because GOG is trying to combine them. It appears there really is a maximum length to posts. xD Maybe I should wait a bit longer so that the next time I try it will actually show up as a separate post.

EDIT: Or is double posting impossible around here? In that case I need to upload it somewhere I suppose ... Or someone else needs to post in the thread. xD

Ah, very true. I was lucky to find someone selling a used "dxracer" gaming chair in good condition for cheap, which are in that range new, I believe. It would have been worth it to me to pay for a new one when I got this one, as the nausea issues were much worse at the time and I was looking specifically for a computer chair that could double as a bed that kept me safely propped up in case I got sick in my sleep. For the sheer convenience of being less sore when you doze off gaming, I'd find it hard to justify that kind of money for one though.
(that said, I wouldn't give this one up for the world. It's a hell of a place to nap.) ;)
