Good morning, everyone.

I can't think of anything interesting to say. Just wanted to pop in.

I'm not sure if I should answer that.

Good afternoon, Agent !
Thanks Gog, we're not supposed to say only interesting things ^^
I'm glad to see you poping in, anyway...
May we help you to forget the worries ?
I took a new medication last night. I slept horribly, woke up with chest pain, and now I am panicking and I can't stop crying.

Urgh *hugs you again* So I assume you already tried listening to the music you like about which you told us yesterday (Biz Markie or something wasn't it?)

...Shit :(
Why did the doc change your medication ? wasn't the previous one effective anymore ?

Is your family there to support you through this? have you talked to them about it?
It's hummer jr. fifth birthday today. Amazing what being a parent can do to time. The minutes can feel like hours, and the years feel like minutes.

I've had a headache every single day for 3 years. No doctor has been able to figure out what the problem is. (They don't care, either.)
I have been prescribed 5 or 6 different medications to try and relieve my headaches, but none of them have worked. This new medication is just the latest attempt to relieve it. It didn't work, and now the side effects are really messing me up.

Yeah, I tried listening to my safety song. I couldn't really hear it though, because my brain is shouting at me so loud.

Took an extra dose of my anxiety medication. Hopefully it will calm me down a bit.
That creates a problem though, because I can't get it refilled until the 24th, and I'm going to run out a day or two early.

Too bad, that the music did not work. So perhaps we can just continue talking perhaps it will help a little :-)
So why can't you get a refill earlier? I am curious since here I get a prescription which is valid for half a year and with that I can get new medicine whenever needed. And I am always making sure to get a new prescription before the six months are over.
