adaliabooks: Soooo. Bethesda is here then.. :)
And still the blues are teasing more good stuff (one of the release threads one of the QA people said something about testing new games they couldn't talk about)
Not sure whether to bite on anything... I'm vaguely interested in Morrowind but not sure at that price (but I imagine it won't take long to go on sale) and I didn't enjoy Oblivion that much... although that was partly due to my laptop not really being able to run it at the time.
Hope they being Fallout 3 here, I know it gets some bad press but that's one I would quite like to try, and Skyrim too as I'm a sucker for anything even vaguely Nordic (and dragons)
The staff are clearly very pleased and excited about these releases too, they are posting like mad :)
Yeah...pretty remarkable, to say the least. They put a bunch of the old Id stuff in a rental bundle and I didn't get it because of that. Turns out I made the right choice, since I can get it all here now.
Willing to give Morrowind a try, largely because of people whose opinion I respect saying it's the best of the bunch.
Fallout 3 is for explorers. The story isn't great, but exploring, doing quests, finding new things to check out, that process is really the best part of the new series, I think.
I can see why they would be, Bethesda being here is huge. It's one of those things where I've spewed negativity and figured it'd never happen, but I'm happy with being wrong.
Additional - Can't help but feel a little badly for the developers of Crookz. 30 dollars at release, and what's their competition on here for attention?

The entire classic Fallout series

That's one of those "fuck it, we might as well drink ourselves into a coma because our sales numbers are gonna suck" situations.
