I think they are doing this because of the problem with keyseller sites. But what makes me angry is, that first, they would only need to block gifting for the regions where the games are totally cheap. And second (what makes me really angry), is that they did not tell us. No we had to find out on our own and they are not even commenting on it. They should have told us clearly "Sorry for the moment we'll disable gifting on these games for these reasons"
