Played through it once, and it was very slow gameplay-wise. If you're looking for a hack and slash that doesn't have breakneck speed, that might be the one for you.
Beyond that, not even sure if Titan Quest and its expansion are sold separately anymore, but you want that expansion. From what I've read it improves the game quite a bit, cutting down on tedious inventory management and adding extra content onto the game. Shame I burned out after beating the main game without it.
