I'm someone who gets bored hearing about downrepping all the time.
We ALL know what causes it, it's constantly visiting the gifting threads.
Also tiring is hearing over and over that someone has no money but wants things from sales.
That is exactly the same as begging and will also cause downrepping.
I don;t downrep for anything but pure spam, I am tempted sometimes though.
