moonshineshadow: If everything goes well I should be able to finish it in 2-3h :-)

ddickinson: That's good. Hopefully the sun will be out and you can enjoy some sun after your hard work.

*good luck with your work tomorrow hugs* :-)
*big thank you hug* I hope you'll also have a good time tomorrow :-)

Thank you. I am going clothes shopping in the morning, then at the hospice at noon. Hopefully things will go okay, and I am looking forward to some silly singing and some Shakespeare. We are of course going to make the kids join in and have fun, if they are able to.

*more weekend hugs*

Sounds good :-) I hope you find some nice things. Anything special you are looking for?
*hugs for your awesome work with the kids*

EndreWhiteMane: Beautiful Lillies Hyper. :-)
Sorry about your back.
Actually the forum has been quite responsive for me today. Probably won't be now that I mentioned it. :/
Cheers, Endre, how are you doing today, asides being tired and Ether One not running well?

It crawls the same as before the archiving for me, plus more often than not refuses to edit a post. Fingers crossed it'll keep behaving better for you.

ddickinson: Sorry to hear you back is not doing too well. Do you think you will need the injection to get it feeling better?

I am good, thank you. Another hour or so of work before I can go home and enjoy my romantic evening. Then tomorrow I am volunteering at the children's hospice for most of the day. Do you have anything nice planned for the weekend?

My mother is doing great, thank you. She is still not out of the wheelchair yet, but due to her poor health she takes a while to heal and recover from these things. But she is doing a lot better and mentally she is doing great.

Those are some lovely pictures.

Wow, those are some noticeable discrepancies there. I was referring mostly to the forum, can't say that things improved on any front (see above).

I really hope I can avoid the injection treatment, I know it's effective, but also a hassle, plus I hate taking meds. I like to think that the fact my back is not getting worse is a sign that the meds do work, and that it will just take a bit more time and a little more rest and care; truth is that I've not rested it as much as should have, but I hate lying in bed as if I were ill.

I'm taking it easy tonight after the heavy grocery shopping and the gardening I did earlier. Tomorrow I'm meeting up with a friend I haven't seen since before Eastern; they have a friend visiting, and we'll all be doing some serious walking at the waterfront. The rest of the day will depend on how the walking goes.

Glad to hear your mother's doing so well, and I hope your day at the children's hospice will have more sweat smiles than bitter ones and swallowed tears.

Awesome gardening skills, I am a bit envious :D
I love gardening, planting and watching them grow and bloom, plus it's therapeutic. It's not that hard to do (well), just takes some dedication, and love. It's never too late to practice and getter better. :-)

I think my plants don't agree with your difficulty assessment of gardening. They are always dying ;-)
I need to get a few more jobs done before I am done for the week, so I had better get going.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend and that you have a great Sunday!

*big hugs and silly waves*

Nothing too special, a new swimsuit (one-piece), some new jogging clothes (shorts and a top), and maybe just some new clothes for the summer. But we will see what catches our eyes when we look around. We have not been clothes shopping for a while so we figured it would be something nice to do.

*big I hug that I hope lasts the rest of the weekend* :-)

Thank you, despite how hard the day can be sometimes, it is always more good than bad, that is why I keep going. I have got a letter waiting for me from someone, which might not be good, as the last one I got was written by a little girl before she died, thanking me for being her friend and keeping her company. That upset me a bit, not necessarily in a sad way, but it was quite emotional to read, especially as it was a long and though out letter. But who knows, a place like that it is hard to know what to expect, as things change so rapidly for those poor kids.

Is it possible that this game might only be a showpiece for this engine and the augmented experience - and showpieces tend to not to be the most optimised games...

Perhaps you're not choosing the right plants for your climate and environment? It's really not that hard, if you learn what needs each plant has, and attend to them. You must also treat them like your friends, they seem to respond a lot to this. :-)

I tried different plants, but they only ones that were able to survive were hydro plants (don't know if that is the correct English term, I mean ones not planted in earth but this round little stones, which are standing in water).
All the other plants always die either because of too much or too less water, I never get it right.
*gardening noob* :D
Hmm...currently reading interesting documents about my grandparents my parents brought back from my aunt and uncle but i fail at reading Sütterlin xD....

Ah, the watering challenge. Here's a little empirical trick: stick your index finger into the pot about 3-4cm deep, pull it out after a couple of seconds; if dirt is stuck on your finger tip, it's not time yet to water that plant, if your finger comes out clean, your plant is thirsty. ;-)

You've just reminded me that my cactus needs watering ... I've had this plant for more than ten years and it's the only one that hasn't immediately died on me. I think it's grown used to abuse. It once survived in a closed box without water and light for over a month.
