Since when did sensibility start coming into play around here? -laughs-

I figure it could always be preserved somehow, but it'd be doing a disservice to the quality of the product.

You never know...there's always something to be said for approaching a problem in the right way.
Maybe something along the lines of,

"Dear uptight loan officer,

We want our pizza. Give Adalia whatever he requires to make that happen. Immediately.

Hugs, kisses and bricks through your windows if you don't comply,

The Food Lovers of the FFA Thread"

(Have I mentioned recently how much of an absolute pain it is to edit posts on here sometimes?)

ElTerprise: Good to hear. And it is. It also means that i'm probably able to be online when new new bundles arrive ;).
I'll probably miss them again today, got to go into town for supplies for tomorrow and the weekend.

They do actually freeze and reheat reasonably well, although they are no where near as nice as fresh. I could probably send the ingredients and instructions in a box to you all, but I'm not sure it would make it through customs (especially if the dough was premade...) plus you wouldn't get the whole wood fired pizza experience, unless you built your own oven...

I'm sure if I could get enough of those signed it would help ;)

I can see it now...your dough getting confiscated by customs. -laughs-

Like you said, we'll figure something out. =)

Well it does expand a lot while rising, and has been known to burst bags or even lift the dough boxes on top (which weigh upwards of 3kg each) and spill out... so I imagine by the time it reached you the package may have exploded and just be a sodden mess of dough and cardboard... :/
I doubt customs would like that much.

If they don't like expanding pizza dough blobs, then they don't know the meaning of fun.
First thing that came to mind was a 50's sci-fi monster. -laughs-

Yeah, still hoping there's one I'm interested in to treat myself to.
After playing around a bit with Endre's generous gift of Icewind Dale last night I'm not sure it will be the RPG one, not yet anyway. I think I'll have to give it a really good go to get into them and as that's a fairly frequent bundle that they sell I don't think I'll pick it up this time. I don't know what it is, I really want to like them but I'm just finding it hard to get engaged... probably because my attention span is quite short at the moment and I just can't give it the time it deserves.
But I will be persevering with Icewind Dale and try and put at least a few hours in to see what I think.

Indeed ;)

There have been times where that is exactly what it's looked like... I used to put far too much dough in the bags or boxes, and it never ended well... I've found the sweet spot now, but if the yeast is just a little too active they do still overflow or explode sometimes...

Sounds like the thing i've going on with PoE at the moment. I want to get into it and play more of it but i know i'll need some time with full concentration for it. So i post-poned pretty much constantly...

Edit: Currently thinking about the Shmups and Spelunky. Anyone here have an opinion on these?

Yeah, it's hard to really get into it knowing it's going to take weeks or months to finish and that you don't really have that time to give it. So you put it aside and play something that you can finish in a few hours instead.

Can't really help with those as I'm not a Shmup fan and I haven't played Spelunky.

Well i play Tesla Effect instead currently...

And my question concerning the games was directed at the whole thread :).

Is that the adventure game or the magnetism based platformer? I always get them mixed up... (as I'm easily confused, clearly)

I know, just didn't want to seem like I was ignoring it :)

Wouldn't sweat the RPG bundle too much. Thinking it's the most consistently used bundle on GOG, period.
It must still pull in great numbers, since it's essentially the mascot for the entire service.

-laughs- That must be loads of fun, fighting off the gooey advance.

Tesla Effect is the latest Tex Murphy point and click. Teslagrad is the magnetism platformer. The names are so dissimilar, though, I can't see how you'd get them mixed up. ;)

Have been considering Spelunky myself, but as I already have Dust & Trine 2 from HB (and they're still unplayed) it has abolutely lowest priority for me.

Bought Spelunky, Crimson Clover and Astebreed previously because they all looked good at the time.
This is a total marathon sale, not an Insomnia sprint. You can take some time, do some research on anything you're unsure about since none of the items are going anywhere.
