Ther seriously is no letting up on the stream of remasters is there. The original was an ok game back in the day, not sure how your going to sell this though. There are thousands of decent platformers across all platforms for free which surpass this.

Hell yeah GOG-staff, gimme those tasty Apogee releases! Hits me right in my nostalgia.

Pretty happy about the recent torrent of older games being either remastered or re-released. What I find genius about this release that they basically implemented a Mario Maker like level editor, which is a very generous feature to be made for such a remaster. Stuff like that should be the benchmark of how rerelases and remastered should be handled.

Hopefully you there is an option to switch between the retro graphics and the remastered graphics, stuff like that is also great.

To use the term is not entirely wrong though, look up the definition of HD and be suprised. From what I can tell, this game does support 720p.

I got you though, its kinda like how virtual reality has lost its meaning even during the 90s.

Wonderful, was hoping it would come here! Also hoping for more remasters of classic Apogee shareware titles.

Woudnt it be more correct to call this a Enchanced edition instead of a Remaster?
I fail to see what has been remastered
Perhaps remastred in the title sells better than enchanced.

The changes might be small indeed, however it more than enough to call it a "Remaster" instead of just an "Enhanced Edition". I personally appreciate those changes and Enhanced Edition for me is just some graphic filter with higher resolution and Windows 10 support with XBOX/DS/others gamepad ready.
