dtgreene: To be honest, necroposting isn't always a bad thing, especially on the game-specific forums. Sometimes an old post contains good information. Sometimes it contains misinformation that someone will find doing a Google search, and having a reply with the correct information would be helpful.
This, I also find it much better organized with many posts but fewer threads than vice versa. If only they could fix the search function and hopefully add some better ways at searching.

Actually, I prefer many threads but fewer posts. It makes it easy for me to find the information I'm looking for while avoiding topics that don't interest me as much.

I do wish more people would discuss games on the relevant game specific boards, however. (One note: If a board covers multiple games, please specify which game you're talking about in the topic title.)
