Gudadantza: For fans of the Blitzkrieg games style of gameplay It should be worth a try.

Ancient-Red-Dragon: I appreciate your effort, but for most people, using an obscure game to define another obscure game doesn't mean anything.

Could you explain the game in relation to a commonly-known game?
Blitzkrieg is a well-known game, and it is especially known and loved in Russia. The Blitzkrieg series is not as well known as, for example, Company of Heroes, but strategy lovers from other countries also know about it.

Gudadantza: I believe it still have their little community of fans because they considered the sequel too "arcadey" and less meticulous or tactical.. If we consider the Engine as the origin of the Blitzkrieg II Engine, then the real importance could be that it was was used for Heroes of Might and Magic V
Heroes of Might and Magic V was developed on a different engine.

NuffCatnip: Wait, you play your purchased games?
I try to but I spend more time buying games than I do playing them. Already had these DRM-free from another store but Freight Tycoon is the only one I couldn't really get into.
