There have been quite a few good recommendations already.
Some games not mentioned yet, that I (as a fan of the cyberpunk genre) have liked are Dreamfall Chapters (and its prequel Dreamfall: The Longest Journey), both of them also have a fantasy part in them, but they definitely also fall into the Cyberpunk genre.
There is also Primordia, which I really liked. Its style is similar to Gemini Rue (both published by Wadjet Eye games), which has been recommended earlier in this thread. Another game with kind of a cyperunk vibe to it is Resonance also from Wadjet Eye games.
Yet another one is 2064: Read Only Memories. Again it comes with pixel graphics and it is a typical adventure game.
All of those games are available on GOG.
