Tony650: Both KotOR and KotOR 2 are showing in my cart but KotOR is marked as "Owned" and the thumbnail is semi-transparent, whereas KotOR 2 is neither. Is it possible that removing KotOR from my cart will fix the problem?
If Kotor1 is already owned you can only buy it as gift. Remove Kotor1 and see if you can buy Kotor2 separatly..

to "where is it": Hover the mouse over your profile in the top menu bar, then click "games".
See if all filters are off and also try to show hidden games

And if you still can't find it: contact support ...

Timboli: You can put multiple games in your cart and purchase all with one click.
I did that about an hour ago for 8 games at once.
Once your purchase goes through, the cart is cleared.

You cannot put a game in your cart if you already own it, unless you use the GIFT option.
If you put a DLC in your cart that belongs to a game you don't own, then in the huge majority of cases, that will cause the PAY button to be grayed out, and you should also get a warning displayed.

Browse to either game page, to see if you own each game. The GIFT button should be prominent for each game you own.

I advise using your browser to check your library when having an issue, rather than Galaxy.
Well, for some reason, my cart didn't clear; it's still showing both games, and there is no DLC in my cart for a game I don't own on GOG. In fact, the only two items in my cart are those two games. Also, the "Buy as a gift" button is only prominent on the first game (under which is a "Go to my library") button. This is not the case for KotOR 2.

And yes, I've been using the browser for all of this.

Tony650: I think you're getting it right, yes. But if I purchased KotOR 2 then where is it? Both KotOR and KotOR 2 are showing in my cart but KotOR is marked as "Owned" and the thumbnail is semi-transparent, whereas KotOR 2 is neither. Is it possible that removing KotOR from my cart will fix the problem?

Grargar: If you visit the page below:
https://www.gog.com/en/account/settings/orders
does it only show the first KotOR? If it does, does the price mentioned match the price your payment method was charged?
Yes, it only shows KotOR.

It worked! KotOR 2 is now showing in my library. Thank you.

But am I going to have to do this every time? I see that KotOR 2 is now sitting with KotOR (both greyed out) under the "Your Order" section.

Your cart should empty automatically after each purchase so, no, you shouldn't have to do this every time.

By the way, were you charged the expected amount for the first KotOR?

Erm .. no? If you already own the games, remove them from the basket, simple as that.

Your library will always show the games you own, no matter what's in your shopping basket and what not - except of course if you set the game to "hidden" or are using Galaxy with a "only show installed games" filter.

Hmm... well it didn't this time. KotOR greyed out and KotOR 2 just sat there in all its colourful glory.

As for the first KotOR, I honestly don't know. I assume so but without checking my bank details I'm not sure. All I know is that it's in my library.

But I've been told that once you order and pay for them, they shouldn't *be* in the basket any more.

Regarding my library, KotOR 2 was *not* showing up there, even when KotOR was. Also, after the initial purchase, KotOR was showing up, greyed out, on the purchase page while KotOR 2 was also showing but not greyed out.

Yes, but as you said, it was not possible to pay, because you already own them.

But of course you can add games to the basket which you already own in case you want to buy a gift for someone else.

If it was any different on your side that what we are hearing here for days now, then you might have encountered a bug. You own them, they are in your library. End of story.
Now remove them from the basket and move on.
