Many of us have fond memories of his movies, especially those ones he made together with Terence Hill.
Today Bud Spencer died at the age of 86.
Rest in Peace, dear Bud.
Childhood hero. Period.
RIP big guy :(

I remember really enjoying his pairing with Terence Hill in The troublemakers when I was little.

No! That can't be true!

I love all his movies, I've loved the guy ever since I was a kid.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Pedersoli. Thank you for all the laughs & wonderful memories.

It's already confirmed by his family on the official Facebook page.
Sad news. Grew up watching his films with Terence Hill on the TV. Was intrigued to see him in a German movie a few years ago ("Mord ist mein Geschäft, Liebling"), dubbed over in German of course.
Disregard this post, I was hopeful, but it seems to have been confirmed.

Many serious News Websites say he`s dead, there is also a statement of his son, who confirms the dead of his father. Even on Wikipedia it`s said that he is dead. So I fear, that he really died.

Really sad news... :/
Local TV used to rerun his movies frequently when I was kid.

It's always sad when the people who made you laugh goes away.

Is it any good? I remember his appearance on "TV Total" with Nora Tschirner promoting the film.

According to his official Facebook page, he has passed away.

Yep, Wikipedia is always correct and not at all plagued with false information or has ever had pages defaced...

It's alright. Better than your average SAT.1-funded pseudo-comedy, and comically a bit darker than your average German insipid romcom, but still rather contrived. Haven't seen it in a while but I don't think Bud Spencer's role was that extensive. A couple of cameo scenes as I recall.
