no big game play patches
the patch is there to get the game running on newer operating systems
in 16 years diablo 2 saw
windows ME
2000
XP
vista
7
8
8.1
and 10 come and go

not to mention the switch from mac os classic to os X and 11 different versions of mac os X

Tempting! Most probably, i will test it and celebrate on the occasion, with a new character! Unless Titan Quest and Grim Dawn make it here earlier, of course!

well I'm reinstalling the game. I'll see if the built in updater works.

I hope future patching doesn't include always online DRM!!!

It would be great if they add widescreen support while their at it, especially for WC2, SC and WC3 which I read they're also updating for modern OS. I would definitely have a crack at a playthrough of each if they did.

Seeing as how "We’ve also begun working to improve our cheat-detection and hack-prevention capabilities." I suspect it will soon be always online DRM.

I only have the first game, that is more than enough for me as there are other games that scratch that same spot.

perhaps I shall try again to build a gumby necromancer.
