No Mans Sky by 50daysofstatic is really great and impressive
Easily the first Dark souls soundtrack. All the boss and ambient music is great and really sets the mood for the game being dark yet tragic. Also, the fire link shrine music is the best hub music in any game and I still get emotional when I hear Gwyn's theme.
Diablo 2 for me, a continuation of the amazing Diablo 1 soundtrack but with elements from all the different locations you visit in the second game. It’s amazing and one of the only game soundtracks I listen to as “regular” music.
Chrono Trigger, as it has some really gripping and memorable pieces. I also played it when I was growing up, so those musical pieces and the story they tell hold a very special place in my memories.

For me it would defintively be the Divinity: Original Sin II Soundtrack. It is incredibly well done and memorable and I learned to love my now wife while playing D:OS II with her so these memories will always remind me of that beautiful time of my life :)
Best soundtrack was Nine inch nails soundtrack for the first Quake game. New type of game and a new type of soundtrack, awesome!
Ultima IV
The Atari ST had built in MIDI ports. One day I went to play it right after playing music on my Yamaha DX7 and hadn't turned it off and was floored when the music started coming out of the synth - I didn't know it had that feature. It sounded better than anything I had ever heard out of a computer and nothing else rivaled it until the Soundblaster AWE came out a decade later.
Heroes of Might and magic IV. Great soundtrack, not so great game.
oh my, where to start?

so man memorable scores to list:
ultima 7 pt 1 & 2
ultima 8
ultima 9
ultima underworld 1 & 2
monkey island 1-3
might & magic 6-9
heroes of m&m 3
system shock
baldur's gate 1 & 2

but the most memorable of them all ist probably wing commander 1-3

all of those tunes send me back in time to my youth, to when gaming was about games and not graphics, and without internet, you had to explore and find out everything on your own

Do yourself a favour and Listen to the sound track for "Thomas was alone".

Also, the game should deff be on GOG.
The most memorable for me is Diablo 1 soundtrack. The town theme was so good and created a very good atmosphere. I love it since then. In the dungeons the music was very creepy for a 10 years old.. :)
It may seem facile, but Heroes of Might and Magic III stuck with me ever since I played it in 1999. I was six years old and nothing ever quite blew me away the music in that game did (and we had the set with 1 and 2 as well). The battle themes are some of the most memorable I've ever heard in a game. Every Town had a fitting and memorable theme that made dropping in to pick up troops or build new structures enjoyable instead of a chore. Even the music that plays to announce a new week, or at various places on the map, was memorable.

Red Alert 2 would be my next-closest in terms of being memorable ("Grinder" is an absolute banger and you get to hear right from the installer, too.)
Curse of Monkey Island and Heroes of Might and Magic have the most memorable ones from my childhood!
I think it would have to be Chrono Trigger for me. So good they even based a lot of the music from Chrono Cross on them and they're still great.
Ori and the Blind Forest. The intro tune is at the same time powerfull and sentimental. Also matching the overall atmosphere of the game which is dynamic, fast paced platformer having some beutifull unique artwork style. You can fell with your guts that everything comes together in perfect balance.
