This happened to me as well but with Sofort; Payment was successful, an error occurred during log-out, and the order on GOG's end was shown as still awaiting payment. I ignored it and while trying to open a ticket, the games had been added, because GOG should still receive the information that a payment has been made. In my case it has taken an hour, almost the same amount of time trying to open a ticket ...

Ordered my games, it claimed to fail for the first time. I thought I need to try it again and it failed again.
Got notification that my debit card was charged twice. I was confused and panicked, and their chat system is pretty much a glorified bot.
Fast forward this morning, my purchase actually went in and the game is now in my library, but the second charge is still not refunded. So I got my games, but I'm paying twice for them.
While other people think it's fine, it's not fine for me. It's $35.59, for some people it's just chump change but for someone who lives in a developing country that's 15% of my disposable income (money after taxes, saving for old age, bills etc etc)

I hope GOG listen to this, I want to speak with a real person and not a robot on your chat.

Clownski_: Don't worry though, we will never charge anyone twice for the same thing on purpose. Anyone affected will get their issue resolved ASAP - let me know if you've experienced the problem!

Same problem here, i ordered 12 games but landed on a 404 after the paypal step, paypal was successfully charged but i didnt receive any games... originally planed to play some story games and have a nice day....

and the support bot is a joke & a bad one, it needed 3 tries and over an hour just to create a ticket at the end ?!
If you would provide a simple form where you type in your stuff and hit send once it would save a ton of time and if you choose to provide a "live chat" please include a possibility to talk to a human...

Any eta when i should receive the games it has been around 24 hours now.

So I'm not the only one. Something must have been wrong with GOG's servers yesterday(my card lists a triple charge). I created a ticket, and replied to the automated email I received... so nothing left for me to do but wait for a real person to get around to responding.

Try to msg GOG team member Clownski_ and see if maybe you can still get the game at that price. Can't hurt to ask right? (and they will have the refunded receipt as proof of the price)

Is this in any way related to gogbear at the end after checkout and payment? Because I've had that same thing with order #8639de426a59 since 10th of july, and the issue persists. I don't get charged, but I also don't get games so I can't buy anything.
had one of my five attempts refunded so far.
Hope they aint stopping there.

is it possible to just get the games i bought and payed, i originally placed my order in sale when all 12 games together where around 40€, i didnt get the games and (still during the sale) created a support ticket, asking just to get the game, yesterday i got the paypal message that i received a refund (with the i guess automated message), despite asking 3 times just to get the games.... now they are 161€..... I answered instantly to the ticket but havent gotten a responds so far
