adaliabooks: Can one (or both) of you try something for me?

If you edit the script itself and add the line;

// @exclude https://www.gog.com/upload/forum/*

below the block of includes at the start of the script (it should be line 13) then it will stop the script loading at all on the attachment pages.

Once you've edited it (and saved) try enabling the offending plug ins and opening an attachment again.

Considering I have no idea what's causing it disabling the script entirely on the attachment pages (where it does nothing anyway) might help.
Sorry for the delay - OK, having done that, it now works as it should again :)

No problem, thanks for trying it.

Excellent. I'll probably just put that in the script then and it should hopefully stop any future conflicts.
I'll push an update later (you may need to manually search for updates as scripts won't auto update if you have edited them)

Thanks, will manually search later then and thanks for taking the time to sort this out :)

PaterAlf: Thank you!
I've updated the main script to exclude the attachment pages to hopefully stop these conflicts.

Don't forget to manually trigger the update (right click on the script in the manage scripts page and click 'Force find updates') if you edited the line in manually.

Cheers for the quick fix.

The changelog for Absolver is not showing on its game page. Anyone else, or is it just me?

No, it's not showing a changelog...

Not sure why but most likely cause is having a different ID then it does in the library...

Anyone own it to check?

I've just checked Barry's wiki page and the IDs are different in library and catalogue so the changelog won't work.

I still need to come up with a decent work around for these cases but identifying them anything other than manually is difficult...

Don't quite see why the game has different IDs in library and catalogue... I know, this is GOG.

Do you pull the catalogue ID, but in order for the changelog to show it must be the library one, or is it the other way around (don't quite remember how AF does it)? And what about the cases of pre-orders vs releases? If Barry got it as a pre-order, would that be a third ID?

This whole thing is a headache. Everything would be so much simpler if GOG put links to game fora and changelogs natively on the game pages.

Most likely because they added a free game to it... I know they ended up doing that with the recent Bethesda releases.

I need the library ID to get the changelog, but there is no mention of or easy way to get it from the game pages. I can manually build a table (and I basically already have a reverse one for the Legacy URLs already) of packaged games and their various IDs, but now that MaGog isn't tracking new games I'd have to keep manually maintaining it for any new bundled releases which happened. And it looks like we still might get a reasonable amount of those.
Unfortunately there is no automated way I can find to track these things, so I've put off implementing a solution as I don't have the time to maintain the manual table needed to make it work.

Yep, though at this point I don't know whether Gog could implement it any easier their systems are so convoluted...

Would it really be that hard? If I understand this correctly, the problem stems from the fact that GOG chose to provide access to changelogs only to those that own the games. If they dropped that, then access to changelogs would be available to all, and linking to them on game pages shouldn't be hard. I imagine it being similar to links to game fora (which they put on game pages for games in development but not the rest, something that makes no sense to me).
its worthed for me thanks
Having Adalia Fundamentals show what games I already own is very helpful, especially during large sales. I thank you again for your helpful work. However, I have also some extra keys that I hold for trading, giving away and so on. Would it be possible for Adalia Fundamentals to show what games I already have some valid/unredeemed keys for so that I don't end up with unneeded extras by mistake?
I have seen the json data of the orders page, so I know this info is available.

Actually.. that's Barefoot Essentials that does that.
Plus I know Barefoot is working on being able to mark owned games on other sites so he might be able to work a feature in to show owned keys as well.

Oh, I'm terribly sorry then. It gets a little complicated figuring which script does what. Still, the more reason for me to be careful before posting.
Well... Thank you for your work too. ;-)

Don't worry, it happens a lot :)
