JunglePredator: Mr. Pizza...

Is it possible to see a key word search that would cover all the GOG chat logs of a user added? (i.e. I have 40 chat logs & need to key word search a term... like "big pizza" to see if it was ever mentioned)
Hmm, yeah, probably. It would basically be an extension of the chat transcript function... the problem might be the number of AJAX calls required to make it work.

I'll look into it :)

It's new, give it a few hours and it should auto update. If it's not sorted by tomorrow let me know and I'll manually add it.

Help me Obi Wan...

anyway. I had to reset my FF and after that I was missing my user scripts. It was no problem to get back Barefoot Essentials and Adalia Fundamentals - however there once was a script which was able to completely hide those "Galaxy" commercials in GOG. Fundamentals was able to hilde this purple bar and some other things but I can still see "Try Galaxy" on the gamepage in my library. Does seomebody know where I can find this script? Was not successful using the search function.

Hmm... I'm not sure. I think BE did some stuff to hide them but I think someone else made a separate script that did it.
Hyper will probably know (or have it) as I seem to remember him being one of the people who used it.

I know for sure that there was a script called "Hide Galaxy Banner" or so. BE unfortunately does not hide the "Try Galaxy" button in the game page in the library.

I still have it and it's called "HideGalaxyButton 4". This is the whole script (I hope it's allowed to be posted this way):

// ==UserScript==
// @name HideGalaxyButton
// @namespace GogExtensions
// @description Hides Galaxy button in library
// @require https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.3/jquery.min.js
// @include https://www.gog.com/account
// @include http://www.gog.com/
// @version 4
// @grant none
// ==/UserScript==
$(".btn--galaxy,.galaxy-banner").hide();

You are a lifesaver, Wurzelkraft. I searched and searched and searched ... nothing (have to save it this time). Works without any problems - no more Galaxy promotion on my GOG site :)

Small correction - IIRC, it was mrkgnao who had made a thread asking for a userstyle to hide everything GOG Galaxy related in the library, someone linked to one they made, someone else linked to a userscript they made, but I have no idea if any of those links still work.

I never used any of the two, as I made a couple of rules in Adblock Plus when the NAS was rolled out to hide all that.

Nice to see that Wurzelkraft saved the day, +1.

On a side note, is anyone else suddenly seeing everything in bold font in the drop down menu when hovering over a user's name, or is it just me?

Yeah, that was my recollection, but I couldn't find the thread either. I just remembered you posting in it at some point.

That's right, I remember that now.

I'm not noticing any difference... it's quite thick black font but I think it always was like that...

Exactly my experience (including the "I don't think this was different" feeling).

Maybe there is a glitch in the script. According to AF Witcher: Enhanced Edition was updated
"Version 1.5, Date Published: 23/1/2017". However I was told in the update thread that there has not
been an update and that the checksums haven't change either. Any ideas?

Not sure. I noticed that myself, not just with the Witcher but with three or four games. It could be a bug / error or Galaxy updates that aren't relevant for offline installers (the last updated view is based off Galaxy data unfortunately so it may not be 100% accurate)

I always delete the shortcuts of the games when I plan to start the game using Galaxy. I also did this with The Witcher and Galaxy added them back which means Galaxy has downloaded something. Maybe I can find something in the Galaxy logs?

Edit: You seem to be right. It seems Galaxy version was updated while backup installer was not (yet). AF seems to show the Galaxy version on the page. See attached images.
