I only have the Anthology direct from 3D Realms, as well as all the Duke games on GOG, but it's still disturbing to think it could be pulled from those places. Although it's highly unlikely the games would be pulled from users' libraries, it is still a possibility since Afro Samurai 2 was recently removed from users' libraries on Steam:

In theory, all of our games can be removed from our accounts. In practice, they won't. Afro Samurai 2 was removed because the game ended up being so bad, that the publisher wanted nothing more to do with it and decided to refund all the affected customers instead. I wouldn't worry about this happening to GOG. They didn't budge with Colin McRae and TOCA Race Driver 3 (even though they initially said that they would remove them from accounts), they didn't budge with Bethesda's acquisition of the Fallouts and I highly doubt that Gearbox can scare them into submission (assuming that they are the reason why the Anthology is being removed in the first place).

Grargar: Not GOG, not Steam, not FireFlower Games, not Shiny Loot, not GamersGate and more than probably none else
Telltale.

Used to sell Monkey Island SE through their store (under some deal with Lucas Arts), removed it from my account when they removed it from the store. It took a lot of wrangling to get it back. Support were utterly unhelpful, I think I ended up tweeting the CEO of the company to get his attention and then emailed him. That sorted it out, but I still don't want anything further to do with Telltale. They also never gave me my BttF DVD.

Grargar: snip
Colin McRae and TOCA Race Driver 3 were on GoG once?!
Damn, seems I'm late to the party yet again. :(

I can't make heads or tails of this "new" 3D Realms - they sell like twenty different "classics" packs on Steam, their new projects get announced/canceled/renamed on an almost regular basis... You'd think they're trying a little too hard to emulate the old company. :-/

Ah, I forgot about that. It was a fine tale to tell, a real horror story. ;)

Was it already Mr. Sympatico John Riccitiello or the old one?
I can't imagine John reacting to anything from us gamer-cockroaches.
Would the game "pulling" really be coming from Gerarbox? Okay they purchased the rights to develope Duke games. But they're a developer, it's usually the publisher that get their panties in a twist over who is selling what. I think 2K Games are probably the real issue...and 2K are not exactly GOG friendly.

2K is just the publisher for some of Gearbox's games. Gearbox themselves are independent and they have actually published a single game; Homeworld, which they also own.

Tannath: Good thing I already own everything except Manhattan Project, which I'm not sure I want anyway.
You might reconsider. After all it's the best ever Duke Nukem game made by 3rd party developer IMO.

YES.

InfraSuperman: Fuck. That means all the Duke games will be removed here as well.
I fucking hate Gearbox.
Or... they may reappear here after some time (about 2-3 years) under Gearbox' label and with different price tag (remember Bethesda greedy approach).

Are you talking about the price increase of the Fallout games? You can blame this one on Interplay.
