Nothing so far in my GOG library. The iOS port is brilliant! Can't want to upgrade on my Mac. Come on GOG!!!! :)

Well, I would recommend uninstalling but keeping your saves somewhere safe before uninstalling. With an all new version like this I think it's best to start clean :)

Have you looked in [gamedir]\user\ for any files with a .sav extension?

The profile.sav file in My Documents keeps your highscores.
I just uninstalled FTL, chose the "keep saves" option, and installed advanced edition. All my ships, stats, and scores were still there.

Haven't played FTL since last year I think and...
wow at all those additions, I guess it takes the game to another level!
