Has anyone else experienced intensely bright and often flickering objects with the torch equipped? It can be seen on the mechanism on the door that leads to the sewer in the first stage. Basically, any interactive environmental object and any object that moves such as those loose bricks that fall from the walls and ceilings of the first stage. Even when they come to a rest after falling and tumbling (rubble) they still continue to be noticeably extra-bright compared with everything else.
This problem does not occur in OpenGL.
I'm on Win 8.1, 64-bit, Intel HD2000 'graphics' and I have the latest drivers.
The game runs absolutely fine. I'm playing it at 1600x900 res, 32-bit colour and getting 100+fps.
Quite a fun game surprisingly, and besides the above problem, I'm very happy with it. The thing is, I prefer Direct3D for this game because it looks more vibrant (less washed-out like with OpenGL). I'd love to know if there is a way to get rid of this glitching so I can fully appreciate it.
