It seems that for a full priced full release this game has its fair share of ongoing problems/issues.

I'm going to wait a good while before I throw cash at this if at all.
I call BS.

This is a much better, stable, less buggy release than i.e. Original Sin 1 (which you couldn't even finish in its release state).

The women's breasts are shaking. This is the only bug I noticed after ~18h of play.
Excepting the lack of information about basic stats (health, armor, etc.) and a lot of skill info that is misleading or outright wrong- I'm not aware of anything gamebreaking that would make me recommend that someone not get it now.
Nothing gamebreaking so far. I had one crash in about 25 hours of playing time, the attribute/skill descriptions are wrong or at least misleading, and the early game is excruciatingly difficult due to the monster placement (basically, if it moves, chances are it can and will kill you, so the first hours are mostly spent running away from anything that doesn't offer a dialogue option).

Other than that, it's rather solid. I do admit it's an acquired taste, like most piranha byte releases, but it's by no means a buggy, unplayable mess of Gothic 3 proportions.
