Nothing gamebreaking so far. I had one crash in about 25 hours of playing time, the attribute/skill descriptions are wrong or at least misleading, and the early game is excruciatingly difficult due to the monster placement (basically, if it moves, chances are it can and will kill you, so the first hours are mostly spent running away from anything that doesn't offer a dialogue option).
Other than that, it's rather solid. I do admit it's an acquired taste, like most piranha byte releases, but it's by no means a buggy, unplayable mess of Gothic 3 proportions.
