I keep getting the error to connect while to Capcom servers while resting. My pawn data is not getting uploaded. I have no mods, and I am using GOG Galaxy to launch. Anyone else having this problem?

We just pushed out a hotfix (version 1.0.0.18) Please check if it helps.

I'm getting this error myself currently, latest patch applied. I can still hire through the rift fine but resting at the Inn gives me "Connection failure" :(

Also made sure the game is allowed through my firewall and anti-virus

Have you got cloud saves enabled? If not, that may be the problem. I had them disabled in Galaxy (as it wasn't a feature I thought I'd need/use) and kept getting the message. Once I enabled cloud saves it worked.

You're welcome.

Just to clarify for anyone else: the game needs to actually save the pawn data online for others to access, which is why it doesn't work if cloud saves are disabled.

Edit: thought I better mention the online bit

how do you enable it? I'm pretty sure I already do but I never see pawn of friends.

At the top left of the Galaxy page, there's the gog logo with a down arrow. Click that, then click 'Settings' and then select the "Features" section and it should have a tick in the "Cloud Saves" box.

i still get connection failures and i only see one friends pawn

could mods be the problem?

Have your friends also got cloud saves enabled? Are they all playing the GOG version? The save data for the GOG version will not work with Steam and vice versa.

prety sure he is cant ask him now hes working yes they all using the gog version and not using the steam save

I thought I'd better ask the obvious questions. I wouldn't know whether mods affect it though, so unfortunately can't help you there. I hope you can get it solved, anyway.

but it does make since it would not work 100% the steam version also was shady at times

With Cloud Saves dsabled you can still rent your friends pawns, but yours won't be uploaded. Cloud saves fxed mine as well.
