You cannot finish the witch Questline before Luculla Forest, because the witch quest ends up IN the forest.

And people shouldn't be attempting to post this crap about how Silverglen and Luculla Forest are different areas.

The Luculla Forest is an area of Silverglen because Silverglen is the the second area you go to. So if you're in the Luculla Forest, then you're in Silverglen.
