Even though it is the 10th of December in your time zone the actual "Unlock" time is 00.00 on 10 Dec GMT zone. You'll keep getting the "go back to sleep" message until then (only about 1 hour to go).

Yeah 11 am Fucking sucks should of been midnight for everyone

I mean the launcher EXE is there and Basegame files are there but dayam!

All the *.archive files are there

This way everyone unlocks at the same moment but I totally agree with you. Since they already unlocked it for streamers, there was no point hardlining that moment.

Yea that really annoys me, like they're some special privileged class. Meanwhile I'll probably have to spend the evening waiting for this patch to move past 92%.
