Have a few lines of white text in the bottom left corner giving stuff like render preset and DSL info , can't find a way to turn it off , pretty sure it's not meant to show up and it's a bit annoying .

A screenshot would be helpful.

Not really sure exactly what you are referring to, but some guesses would be a toggle in GoG Galaxy (don't use it, so I don't know), the built-in Windows xBox Gamebar overlay, GeForce Experience, MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner, a toggle in CyberEngineTweaks or other Cyberpunk 2077 mod or some added command-line to the game shortcut.

Is the text there regardless of running the game locally or through GoG Galaxy?
New install , no mods . No GF experience . No overlays open . Can't find any settings in GOG Galaxy or the game that help .

I've never seen anything like that, and Google gets me nowhere.

Is all that on the screen, all the time? Ingame as well as the menus?

Is it also present in other games?
Only shows in the game not in the menus , always there . Shows up with or without GOG galaxy running , never seen it in any other game and I play a lot of games .
Which game patch are you on? Have you tried downgrading your game to an earlier version?

I'm still on 1.6 due to a heavily modded game, and if you have a GPU supporting DLSS 3 (RTX 40xx-series) you probably have a newer patch than me, with game settings I don't have.

Still, I have no idea what this can be. It could be something CP77-specific, but I have never seen that info panel before, or seen a setting offering on-screen render info.

Since the panel is so detailed on DLSS 3 information, specifically, do you have that panel in other DLSS 3 supported games? It could be something relevant to the Nvidia driver / control panel and DLSS 3 supported games. But if so, I'd say it's a remnant of a beta driver feature.

EDIT:
I may have found it - as I guessed in the end, it seems to be a DLSS 3 specific setting. :)
You apparently need to edit a listing in your registry.

Massive thanks for the help , set the value to 0 and it's gone , must have changed when I updated the drivers but not show until I installed this game .
Great! Happy to help. :)

And clearly, this is one of those issues I myself need to know once next generation of GPUs (RTX 5080 <3) comes out...

I know DLSS 3 is somewhat supported on my RTX 3080, but I don't even like RT or DLSS. I prefer my games with regular rasterization for lighting, and no upscaling for better quality. And I don't even play that many games (if any, other than Cyberpunk 2077) with DLSS 3 support.
