During the demo they showed, gender option only changed the voice. and Female was just squeaky placeholder.

Actually you find skirts in the game and can look like a girl, just need to threat the shape slider right.
Which btw, if you hit the biomutation spot a few times, gets a bit wonkier by each try.
You can be a thicc hipped crazy little rodent..
Also i met folk who had a bra and thier voice was deep, and other squeaked high pitched.
Thereof there is no cut content regarding gender. As that is still how it been, except the 'labels' have been removed.
