Unfortunately, there is no large active forum covering B-17 The Mighty Eighth like there was when bombs-away.net was active. This GOG forum and the one on Steam for this game are the most active today.

Not sure if you're aware but I've been publishing a long Getting Started video series on YouTube for the game : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLV6qAKzfD-icnl7cMeIR_ldvH6twjQdtI. The series isn't complete so if you have any how-to's that you can share then I'd love to see them.

I have also been compiling as many of the original downloads (mods, skins, R&R files etc.) that I can from lots of different sources (including a few of the bombs-away members that have contacted me), organising them and packaging them up for release when I do a video covering modding the game. So, if you're willing to share, then I'd love to be able to trawl through the files you have to see which ones I don't have yet.

I was hoping to find some interest somewhere. I've watched a couple of your videos but will have to watch them all to get up to speed again. Thank You for doing them, they've probably helped a lot of flyers. Mostly I've been going by the "read me" files that came with the mods. Had to fire up a HEX Editor again.

I have two mods that might be B17 mods, but I do not know what they do. They are photoshop files like the signature mod but there are no readmes. There's a chance these are actually Silent Hunter 3 files.

I clicked on your link to open it. It had Share-B-17. I then dragged a folder from my comp to the open link. When I let go of the mouse the folder disappeared and nothing showed in your link. Tried this several times. I don't think I can add to yours, but can share files that are already there, and vice versa.

If you have any problems with the Bombs Away web pages let me know. I originally saved them as HTMLs.

I tried dragging and dropping some files at both the onedrive and dropbox links. It didn't look like anything went through. Did you receive any nose art mods from me?

I'm really not sure, but now that I think about it some more I suspect these might be for Silent Hunter 3. I think they might have been mis-filed in my B17 mod folder.
