I couldn't find it, so I emailed support to ask. It should not make a difference whether a game is bought from GoG or Steam as far as having the ability to purchase and use DLC.

Let us know the outcome. It should be that way, but the lack of keeping games up-to-date here is the primary reason I don't buy as much on GoG as I used to.
Yeah. I was hoping that they get the DLC.

There is a cheap key to get Atari 50 on Steam, but I would rather have a DRM free copy.

Also, it feels dumb to have two copies of a game.

I will wait a few days and see if it shows up.

Is there some way to copy the DLC from Steam and use it?
Something else to note, because we didn't get the update which was also released today, we are lacking a key new feature. Neo Breakout got a level editor added (for all Atari 50 owners, DLC not necessary).
Well, I got tired of waiting. So, I got a cheap key for Steam and got the DLC there.

CDKeys has cheap keys of Atari 50. Also, I got a discount, so I only had to pay like $3.75.
I bought Atari 50 here intentionally, for all the reasons one would get a game on GOG, so I'd hope the DLC would show up here very soon. It feels incomplete without it.

Going by what I've heard devs say about updating their games on GOG, I wish the system were a bit more streamlined for that purpose and I wonder if this isn't related to that.
I've drawn Digital Eclipse's attention to it on social media, so hopefully it's coming. I think we'll get it, it's just a matter of how delayed it will be.

The delay is absurd. They know people are expecting the DLC to also come out on gog.

The companies always do this. They treat gog like an afterthought.

Yep. I wish GoG would hire someone to rein this problem in. I buy far less here than I used to simply because developers will release game updates on Steam or wherever and forget GoG.

I pestered the developers when this same thing happened with their Jungle Book/ Capcom Aladdin DLC a few years ago. I think they'll get it here. Fortunately, they have improved communicating with customers since back then, so hopefully we won't be waiting too long.
following this post.. waiting for it as well.. that $4 key for steam is enticing

Not as enticing as downloading a pirated version for $0 which is what I'm about to do if there's no official word on availability here. Ridiculous that that is a better option for someone willing to pay.
And not a single word from gog about some kind of ETA? seriously .... I think i'm done buying my games on GOG...

I emailed both GoG and Atari a couple weeks ago. No word from GoG, however I received the following response from Atari on Friday.

"We are actively working on the issue you shared with us. However, it is taking longer than expected to resolve. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to finding a solution. I will get back to you as soon as I have any updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time."

Can't tell whether it's a meaningless canned response or they really are working on it, but at least they replied. Maybe I need to reach out to Digital Eclipse as well...
