BTW, I just started a new job and they gave me the choice of Mac or PC. I went with Mac as that was the majority vote of my peers, but I wish I had gone the PC route so I could play AoW on the road. Guess I need to get a Windows VM image and install it on that. :)

Haven't bothered to start it yet; you want in? No offense to Daemonvirus, but after the 2-week wait a while back, followed by the 3-week wait more recently, I think he has enough PBEMs to cope with as is :p

Now that Cults and Keepers is over (those turns took me around 30-45 min), and the other games moving slowly, I'd gladly join this one.

Sour... I was unable to play due to my fiancee's surgery and then going camping. *sniff*

Southern's probably referring to the fact that you posted after your camping trip was over and not before - takes only a few minutes to log onto the forum. We've had people going away for months with no notice, I actually stopped playing for a year after one such incident.

Yes, that is likely the case. No worries, I'm sure I'll survive the temporary shunning. :P

The surgery was successful by the way; nothing too serious, just had her lower jaw broken and extended. The worst part was right after while she was on pain killers and couldn't eat anything other than liquids. Thankfully that part is now done with. :)
