Halflings, Day 10

Keeping our leader a little better defended after reading about the demise of others...

TS
Azracs, Day 10

There are full armies of dark elf forces nearby and the fallen orcs still bother us with their presence. Fortunately the dark elves agreed to peace, but the elves did not.

Highmen, Day 10

The three stacks of Dark Elves I was preparing to fight turned east to attack the Azrac leader instead. It is possible he will not see another dawn if he cannot escape.

Dwarves, Day 11

Interesting turn of events. The undead are cornering us and we have no choice but to forge an alliance with the humans to batttle the undead mastermind. The undead leader managed to not fall for our plan for the third time! So we give up on that plan.

The distraction plan for the goblins did pay off. Now we have a troll running behind our back as we try to outrun him. We walked out of the caverns and saw beautiful unexplored land. Apparantly the Frostlings are frozen solid. We actually expected them to stand in front of us.

Frostlings, Day 11

Things are getting more complicated. Undead seem strong, we will do what we can to aid the Dwarves. The Alliance with the Dwarves caused some unrest in our Orcish towns, that was unexpected.

Halflings, Day 11

Not sure what to do now. We are hitting the limits of conflict free expansion.

We will not be bothering the Dark Elves (yet), that is one thing we do know. Yikes, that is a lot of troops in one place.

TS
Azracs, Day 11

Our peaceful neighbor the Dark Elves have made a stop with their forces. Only small forces are heading our way for scouting, but we probably should expect an attack from them any time soon.

The powerful orcs are caught in a loop, they grab one of our mines, then we grab their village, and when they retake the village, we grab the mine again. It's not ideal, but less costly than actually attacking them.

Highmen, Day 11

The Azracs have proposed an alliance between our peoples. After careful consideration I have agreed. It is better that we work together against our common foe than to tear each other apart squabbling over the Orc empire's remains. We risked our lives liberating some prisoners in a dungeon only to find that they were goblins. We left them in their cells.

Dwarves, Day 12

The alliance has been formed. The human empire is quite big. We took a town with less troops than we calculated we had. We accidentially removed too many troops from another town that was migrating. So we ended up having two towns that weren't so keen on migrating. We hope they won't rebel on us. Meanwhile reinforcements arrived in the tunnels, including a new hero that joined us. Soon we'll strike the goblins, especially after buying a human town in the caverns to get even more troops to support us. We still feel trapped and we can't leave our position when it comes to the undead.

The CPU is not very friendly. Must come with all that extra gold, mana, and XP. A feeling of invulnerability. Wish I had that feeling...

Hard to do the X for explore when all he wants to do is the X for exterminate.

Azracs, Day 12

The Highmen have agreed to our alliance proposal, and the orcs are still intimidating us, especially their warlord.

I just remember dwarves can climb mountains. This opens up some possibilities.
