Oops, we forgot we also played an AoW1 game o_O

We have 2 stacks of low level units next to the Dark Elf leader and his 2 stacks, but we forgot to attack.....

Also, we see undead soldiers close to our resources. the time of scouting without worry is over!

Halflings, Day 8

ooc: Back at home on the desktop, thus the RESTART!!!

Not much happened. Bought some Dwarven friends and discovered more Halflings in need of leadership. Oh joy. We love selling foot hair removal tonics to the masses.

We already miss the evil Orcs. Their children are cute. In a piggy sort of way.

Azracs, Day 8

We bribed a little village and their forces to join us.

Highmen, Day 8

We made contact with the Halflings today. Hopefully their intentions are peaceful. The Lizards and Dark Elves are pressing their attack. With any luck they will run into each other and not make peace.

Dwarves, turn 9

We have made contact with this beautiful human queen. We were amazed a human female could be that beautiful. She asked for peace. Something that surprised us Dwarves. Maybe this queen is different from other humans. One may hope so. We accepted peace and asked for a favour.

The Goblin army was very aggrevated the moment they saw dwarves in the underground. Seems their big strong army (Leader Inc.) is headed towards us. We quickly bought a 3 hex dwarven town in their realm to hopefully distract them until reinforcements arrive. The dwarves who joined our ranks have to run for their lives. Their only escape route?

Visiting the cool headed Frostlings.

The undead did not fall for our trap entirely. They bought the town as predicted. We killed the inhabitants and started migrating. That should draw his attention. On the east side the big army of the undead is heading back. Trouble on all sides. Luckily, the human queen is still smiling.

Frostlings, Day 9

A great Day for the Humans! Friendly contact with the Dwarves is a joy, but three dead Dark Elf Heroes is a feast! My lvl 1 expedition army of 9 units attacked against the odds, but managed to kill the 6 Dark Elf stack (containing 3 heroes, 2 healers and a frog) but for one healer. Too bad the Dark Elf leader was running too fast or he would have shared the same faith.

We will continue to rid our lands from the Dark elf and Undead plague. We believe the Dwarves could be a valuable ally.

Halflings, Day 9

We bribe and conquer some more. We're still broke though. It'd be nice to have some non-Level 1 units someday.

Azracs, Day 9

With the orc leader dead, the army no longer feels that peace is necessary with Azracs and plunder our mines and towns.

Highmen, Day 9

We gather our forces for a showdown with the Dark Elves.

Dwarves, Day 10

The human queen was very generous and even proposed an alliance. We thanked her kindly but politely declined the offer for now as we need to build our relationship. You don't go wild on your first date. We will work together and ask our human friends to head east as an enormous undead army is headed west.

Our reinforcements to our underground realm were cut off by aggressive independant 'guarding' forces. We did buy time and distracted the goblin attack. Perhaps we can distract them even more until we can manage to stand our ground. The undead leader once again did not fall for our trap and thus we set a new one. It will be our last effort to trap them.

We continue to explore and we have captured an Orcish Neutral town. The Dwarves seem friendly enough.
