Allied victory: Off. No alliances allowed. Peace is allowed, but standard protocol for waiting one turn to attack after breaking it is in effect. They can attack you immediately however, if you declare war.

Exploration: Yes

House Rules: No Free Movement on ships.

All 12 races, 2 levels. Seems well balanced, except for the Azracs who don't seem to have a starting army.

I might be interested, however, the game is glitching on windows 10. Which means that if I alt tab, for whatever reason, when I try to come back the screen is basically broken.
See attachment. It's really annoying and almost unplayable. I dunno if there is a fix for it.

I had the exact same problem. Going to settings and changing the resolution is a temporary fix that works while stilll in game. I know that Alt Tabbing can cause other problems like games restarts as well. I recently switched it to run in compatibility mode for Windows 98 and haven't had the bug yet.
