Nick is using a gmail account. I even created a gmail account and resent it, just in case my hotmail was the problem. New game has been created without Nick. Turn sent to Frostlings.

I think the restart by the Elves is actually my fault. When I first opened the turn, (I assume) it was the end of the Elves turn. It took a little bit of tinkering, but I got it to load my turn.
