In 24 years I haven't gotten BoFIV out of my head: the best sprite art the PS1 ever saw, the dragon ball-like transformations and battles - well-paced and turn-based capped with the intricate combo system. The main quest and cast; Kahn, my beloved Ershin, and the tragedy of Fou-Lu are personal highlights. And the breadth of charming mini-games on offer (Fairy town sim and actually fun fishing stand out) complete the package. Music-wise watch the trailer and tell me that intro doesn't fill your heart with yearning, I'll replay BoFIV sometime in the near future one way or another, would love to buy a BoF collection to do so and show Capcom I care.

This DOES have a PC version! Capcom and SEGA are notorious for having one-off PC versions of their historic catalogue even if those versions aren't exactly great representations of the game or franchise. I would hope GOG reaches out to these publishers to look into preserving them for modern platforms!

Loved this game back in PSX era. I remember playing the whole game in japanese since it was the first version to arrive here in Brazil for some reason. When the US version came out, I played it all over again and this time understanding a little bit of the story. This is one of my all time beloved JRPGs and I would love to have this immortalized with GOG.

Truly one of the best JRPGs of its time. With a beautiful art direction, wonderful animations and a pastel color palette. Truly an inspiration for me who aspires to create pixel art as gorgeous as this game's. The combat system is also super interesting with its combo mechanic. And the story remains interesting the whole way through. Played this on my PSP not too long ago and I really hope this comes back on gog so more people can experience it, as the old PC version does not run on modern hardware...

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered - Deluxe Edition

Oblivion was the game that taught me to love open world games. I would come home from work and play it for hours every night. I could not wait. I hate owning games on Steam or any other platform that forces what is essentially DRM on me. That is what I love about Gog. It could go out of business tomorrow, and I will still own and be able to play every game I bought from them. So I will wait for the game to come out on Gog, and hope that is soon.

There was no better feeling that being able to Spear tackle someone off of a skyscraper, land on a bounce pad to get launched wayyy high up into the air, only to come crashing back down with your Oppenent with the force of a meteor. The community did become extremely passionate of this game at release. I feel if more YouTubers that have put out rumbleverse related content for the ambassadors of the community to be able to have this knowledge is insane. The way we came together at the end of our favorite game is unforgettable. And I feel we were robbed of a wonderful game since Epic didn't give it too much advertising support. It was a one of a kind Fighting Battle Royale that was a perfect homage to the beat em up genre with a fantastic expansive customization. Even the Lore and Skip Leggerday were memorable. People still want this game. For it to rise like a Phoenix from the ashes. With being able to take in community feedback on game ideas or improvements or modes would be huge as well since many in the community had great fun ideas to help expand the different modes of the game. The base BR mode is fun. But the engine and gameplay mechanics give it so much potential for others to blossom their ideas. Look up Smooth Johnson and the Behemoth Rush Rally that we even came up with as a wacky custom lobby race mode. If the top brainstormees in the community where able to work with the game devs for giving out ideas and to test them with the devs would make for a great day. All in all, when they refunded everyone let's just say I wish they could of kept what I spent to help in the future. I would gladly spend thousands on this games cosmetics. But! The base amount for free would need to be expanded.

I bought and played True Fear 1 and 2 from GOG and I really loved this game and I really hope GOG picks up part 3. I much prefer to continue my purchase of True Fear: Forsaken Souls 3 from GOG than elsewhere.

Far from Remedy's best (but still pretty good!), but maybe the most realistic shot we have at seeing another title from them on GoG with Epic and Rockstar being the way they are. Really interesting formal experiment that pushes their hybrid storytelling to its most obvious conclusion-- or at least what seemed like it until Control and Alan Wake 2 messed up those conceptions irreparably. Thanks to the sins of Microsoft also experimenting with questionable ideas at the time, the story of this game isn't actually properly experienced by many people since they put the live action sections on an unreliable streaming service that don't work properly on Windows and not at all on other OS'es. The only way to experience these seamlessly and offline is to either have the game on Xbox and triple the install size to include them, or break copyright law on PC. This is ridiculous. We might not have a time machine but we have software engineers at CDPR, so I hope this mess can be fixed.

I’ve played Multiversus since the beta. I followed leaks before release and stuck with it because the idea was incredible — any character could face off against any other. Jason Voorhees vs. the Powerpuff Girls on a Steven Universe battlefield? What a game. With leaks of full maps like Acme Labs, Coyote Canyon, and Primal — and characters like Daffy Duck and the Wicked Witch which were so so SO close to release — the potential was huge. With proper care, Multiversus could’ve been a massive hit, just as it was in beta. Yes, it struggled early with gameplay, but just when it found its footing and people saw what it could become, it was shut down. Please, give this game a chance.

FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Silent HillSilent Hill is the first installment in the Silent Hill series of psychological survival horror video games. Unlike earlier survival horror games that focused on protagonists with combat training, the main character Harry Mason is an average man. The gameplay consists of combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving. The controller vibration is used to indicate Harry's heartbeat and will vibrate on low health. The player must regularly enter an inventory screen to check Harry's health, use items, and equip different weapons.
