I'll just add to this thread as suggested, in case my original post gets overlooked:
http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/crowdfunder_appeal_lovecraftian_horror_play_to_be_staged_in_london As mentioned in the post above, my brother is trying to raise money to help stage a play he's written and is directing. The show is titled Drowning Rock, and is a Lovecraftian horror (described as The Woman In Black meets Jaws) set on a bleak lighthouse.
He is planning on staging the show in London in October. He's already got a venue and cast organised, and is looking for additional funds to help cover costs and to improve the productions special effects. If you're into Lovecraft, or horror in general, please take a look at his funding page - and if you're in the London area maybe go and see it; it sounds awesome... Although admittedly I'm biased!
Oh, and for a gaming tie-in - my brother is acquainted with Mark Meer, who voices the male Commander Shepard from the Mass Effect series, and is providing some voice work for this show. If you're a fan of his work, take a look at the £50 reward on the Crowdfunder page... ;)
