JudasIscariot: Well, I am not getting into the whole age debate but I believe the system must've registered the "Send" button being pressed twice which is why you had two different ticket numbers for the same ticket :) In any case, this shouldn't be a regular occurrence :)
I'm surprised to hear that's even possible, I thought the process is open the support page, fill out the form, click send-button, get confirmation page, process complete.
Perhaps the system needs a bit of reconfiguration, like as soon as it registers a click, the button greys out and doesn't allow a second click, accidental or not, before the system loads the confirmation page.
