Hi guys,

Anyone knows of the proper channel to put in a complaint with regards to a support rep (mis?)managing my open ticket? I tried CCing `support@gog.com` but apparently that email is unattended.

Throughout the forum I noticed many recommending PM'ing few people but I wanted to double check before I start pestering people.

Don't hesitate to use PM if you believe it will be effective.

From what I've read from him on the forums, Firek is both patient and willing to admit any mistakes that support may make. If I were in your shoes, I'd start with him.

Yep, thanks. Firek actually took over the ticket, resolved the issue(s) and replied before I get a chance to check back on this post.

You don't actually need to find a forum post to PM a bluetext anymore -- you just need to know a username. Just go to the Friends page of your account, click '+ Invite new friend' (you don't actually have to invite them), enter the staff member's nickname and click 'Chat'. The only downside to this is that you pretty much need to know the exact spelling of the user. So, woe unto people who misread/misremember Judas' full name as 'JudasIsACarrot'. =)
