Hi guys,
Anyone knows of the proper channel to put in a complaint with regards to a support rep (mis?)managing my open ticket? I tried CCing `support@gog.com` but apparently that email is unattended.
Throughout the forum I noticed many recommending PM'ing few people but I wanted to double check before I start pestering people.

This question / problem has been solved by grimwerk
