Does anyone know how or if I can record a transcript of my moves in any of the first three Zork games please? I've tried the "script" command that some zcode interpreters use but it just crashes the game.

Thanks in advance.

Use external interpreters like Frotz or Gargoyle and SCRIPT command there (I just tried in Frotz) works for me. Just open zork files in these programs.
Did you buy the zork games from gog.com or somewhere else? How do you change the files so they run on these interpreters?

Thanks Grue! And sorry for the very late response! :)

Gog files can be used too. No changes are necessary. Just open the file with extension .DAT (not .EXE) with Frotz for example.
