These are the issues:

1. Graphical sensitivity to Windows 7 Wide Screen Emulation. For those who don't realize, windows 7 laptops with widescreen run off an emulator. Microsoft never programmed widescreen in a native state. As a result, you have to play with graphical settings in order to make it work. It would be nice if GoG had DOS BOX auto detect for wide screen emulation and optimized the display properly. Due to these graphical issues the graphics driver/emulation will cause nasty static for certain sounds.

2. Windowed Emulation makes the mouse super buggy if you don't find the right screen size. No joke. I was clicking icons in the background due to this issue.

Mouse should be DISABLED from clicking ICONS on my DESKTOP while running in windowed mode.

3. Would be nice to have been told this was the DOS version of the game. No real indication. I don't mind, though. It just caused me some problems when trying to save.
