Hi guys, just got ZGI and I cant seem to get the resolution to change. I have a 16:9 monitor and it cuts off the save/restore menu as well as panning incredibly fast, are there fixes for this?

Unless you know how to fiddle with the config files, there is no easy way to do this.

Try doing this:

1) Run the game.
2) While running, press your "Auto" button on the monitor (almost all monitor types have this).

It will change height and length of the running program to fit your monitor.

(If you don't have an auto button, enter the monitor menu and search for an auto option. It does the same thing)
