Pressing ALT + Enter will switch dosbox to windowed mode.

Well, it should already run at twice the original resolution. You can open the graphic mode setup (under additional executeables in Galaxy) and set it to scale to 3 times the original size.
Alternatively you can take the datafiles and put them in a modern interpreter for Infocom and other Interactive Fiction engines, i.e. Frotz (https://davidgriffith.gitlab.io/frotz/ and http://www.davidkinder.co.uk/frotz.html) or Gargoyle (http://ccxvii.net/gargoyle/).
