Any idea how to launch the game in fullscreen mode?

I've tried both methods suggested in manual:
– launching start.sh with --fullscreen parameter
– changing flags and parameters in acsetup.cfg file
...with no result.

That's weird! I just tried running both runzniw.sh and CTGAME with --fullscreen parameter on my Linux machine and the fullscreen worked just fine. In any case sorry for any inconveniences - if that doesn't seem to work, try pressing Alt + Enter to manually switch to fullscreen mode when the game is running!

Oh. It changes nothing in terms of resolution, but, indeed, Alt+Enter actually gives me what I want.
