As you may know, original release had great localization including very good audio in several languages. It would be nice to get this to GOG version, but for now you can use other trick.
Although I'm pretty good with english, it's not game I'd like play in non-native language because of very sophisticated. I've got similar version of this game from torrents in Polish and found out that you can just replace files in installation directory to get new language everywhere. So here is list of things you have to replace to get full text and audio localization.
* Whole Adventures dir (mission titles and quests)
* Whole Model dir (mostly dialogues)
* Whole Audio/Voice dir (narration)
* Zeus_MM.eng and Zeus_Text.eng (mapping to file names + some additional things to make language work)
It's about 180MB, so making and sharing such package is not big deal. If someone is interested in Polish version, you can let me know and I'll try to put it somewhere.
