So now we just need to send out request that the floppy version gets added in as an extra.

It's not as good visually, but it did have some puzzle differences, and harder mazes in the game. In particular the way the Mars maze was done. So it would be worth it to play both.

Eh, the game already contains the DOS version, and the FM Towns version, if you start up the game, you're presented with the ScummVM launcher, and the choice between DOS v2 and FM-Towns.

So, no need for requesting this, unless you're looking for the very first version of Zak (V1).

What is difference between V! and V2?

V1 had lower resolution graphics, same for Maniac Mansion.

Basically, V1 was a 1:1 Atari 800 conversion (C64 looking almost the same except for a slightly different color pallette).
I find the EGA "floppy" version superior to the FM-Towns. While it does use less colors, the FM-Towns just looks like an amateur fan made game. Some screens look ok or good but others, not so much. I hope GOG gets more EGA/CGA games. :D
